Machine Features

  • The mixing barrel consists of two asymmetrical cylinders, made of 2.0 mm-thick 304 high-quality stainless steel rolled and fully welded. Both the inner and outer walls are finely ground and polished, featuring a smooth surface with no dead corners, thorough discharge, and easy cleaning.
  • The drive shaft is composed of two half-shafts. Before installation, use a concentric rod to position and weld the shaft sleeve to the barrel wall, reinforced with 8.0 mm plate. After completion, remove the concentric rod. The shaft hole is fully welded with no leakage. During operation, the barrel runs without vibration or eccentricity.
  • The drive system consists of a motor, reducer, sprockets, bearings, and drive shafts. The barrel rotation speed is 10 rpm. It operates smoothly with no noise.
  • The V-type mixer frame is made from A3 angle iron with firm welding. The outer cladding of the frame is made of 1.2 mm-thick 304 stainless steel, with a flat, scratch-free surface and no visible weld marks. The rotating support’s electrical-control side has a hinged access door for easy maintenance.
  • A Dg100 stainless steel sealed butterfly valve is installed at the discharge port of the barrel, providing good sealing and easy operation.
  • The feed port has a movable cover plate secured by a lever clamp. Sealing is achieved with food-grade silicone rubber strips, ensuring no contamination and easy operation.
  • Mixing time is controlled by a digital time relay. The mixing duration is set according to actual process requirements, reducing labor intensity and improving efficiency. The machine supports two feeding methods: manual loading or vacuum conveying.
