Machine Features

  • The equipment adopts the double head fully automatic capsule filling machine’s capsule removal method in design. In terms of capsule removal speed, mold replacement, filling degree, maintenance, etc., it has made significant progress compared to the old-fashioned semi-automatic capsule filling machine equipment. The equipment has become faster, more convenient, simpler, and more stable. In terms of bag locking, we adopt pneumatic control and automated bag locking methods to save manual time.
  • In terms of human-machine aspects, our company has installed a safety door device at the bag removal station. When the safety door is not closed, the equipment is in a stationary state and cannot operate. At the powder filling station, a visual window has been added to observe the degree of powder filling. A barrier plate is installed above the lock bag station to prevent accidents when the lock bag flips over. A capsule tray placement rack has been added to the right side of the device for ease of use.
  • The body and workbench are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and oxidation resistant. The device can be filled with different types of capsules, used for hard capsule filling of drugs, health products such as powders, granules, and microspheres.
