Machine Features

  • The machine is composed of the main parts: frame, worm gear housing, coating pan, heating device, blower, and electrical components. A motor drives the worm gear and worm via a V-belt, causing the coating pan to rotate. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material tumbles and rubs up and down inside the pan, achieving coating and mixing, pill forming, and polishing.
  • This machine is used for sugar-coating and film-coating tablets and capsules in the pharmaceutical and food industries, and can also be used for tumbling and heating beans and edible seeds.
  • The tilt angle of the sugar-coating pan is adjustable, and an electric stove or gas heater can be placed beneath the pan. The machine is equipped with an independent electrically heated blower; the air outlet duct can be extended into the pan for heating or for blowing cool air, and the heating temperature is adjustable.
